Finally, an update.


I know it's been a while since I posted a message but I'm generally a speak when spoken to type of person, so apologies for those of you who have been lurking.

Anyway, the amount of story content in the game has been increased by roughly fifty percent-ish, adding around another hour of play time  and all of that is being made available to you now. You can either find the link to it at the bottom of this post or on the main page.

If you'd like to skim over what's new instead, feel free to read on.

I may have got carried away with unique animations for this update but I do so hope you enjoy the extra effort that went into it.

Anyway, now for what you probably came for...

New Patient: Inspector Ratchet - What happens when Dandroid finally gets caught having an illegal clinic? Probably nothing or we wouldn't have a game but you can check this patient out regardless.



This patient also comes with the following new stage types: 

  • Botroach Bombardment - Whenever a block is broken, a botroach appears randomly on the playing field.
  • Bouncy Cells - When a cell bounces into something that isn't another cell, it will go back in the opposite direction.


The madness. The madness!
Inspector Ratchet is the longest patient to date, having around double the word count of some other patients.

But this wouldn't be much of an update if I stopped there.

In addition, there are the following new story nodes: 

  • Farting Around - I heard some music. I had to use the music. I built a story around the music. I used the music. Enjoy.
  • Billie's Burgers 2: Microwave Redux - Who needs a microwave when you can have a griddle? Nobody, that's who.
  • 360 No Scope - Gilbot returns for a quick cameo when Dandroid finds himself lured over the south wall by a cry for help.

Also added an estimated play time to all story nodes. For dialog, this is calculated using the average human reading speed. For stages, this is calculated based on an educated guess in relation to my own time to beat the stage on normal difficulty.


Please Note: The "World Map" has had a major facelift. Due to this, all story nodes have been moved around.

Also, all the images and audio I have been adding have increased the load time significantly enough that I felt the need to add a splash screen to the game. I usually try to avoid such frivolous things but it is what it is.

There's quite a few other changes you may notice as you play but I can assure you that I totally forgot to write them down and have no idea what they are.

Woooooohhhhh.... So much new stuffs. :O

Gotta say, you guys have been nice to me. Usually when I spend months on an hour of content it's met with the exact opposite sentiment. So, thank you for that.  I hope you wound up enjoying it as I've been having difficulty keeping the plot from getting too serious, considering the theme and all, and I wound up rewriting some things several times this time around.
